Vespa Genuine Parts - Terms And Conditions

All Vespa parts come direct from either the UK or Italy. Most have a dispatch time of 3-14 days, however, items can occasionally be out of stock with Vespa. In this instance you will be notified with an approximate dispatch date and given the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to wait.

All goods are checked prior to dispatch. If there are any problems/damage you must ensure that we are notified upon delivery of goods. Any faults/defects or unwanted goods must be reported within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be in 'as new' condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unfitted and at the cost of the buyer.

You can cancel all or part of your order at any time from placing your order until 14 days after receiving your order. You then have 14 days in which to return the order.
